A Constitutional Convention -- an "Article V Convention" -- can be called for by a state for any reason. BUT - even a convention called for a specific purpose could spin out of control.
Yesterday, "One Big Beautiful Bill" was passed in the Senate and is now in the House. This bill is far from beautiful, and we have 12-24 hours to block its passage.
