Through our Observer Corps, the League promotes open, transparent, and accountable government.  League presence at many meetings of a wide range of public boards, councils, and districts adds to the League's visibility and credibility. Come join us to learn how League Observers serve as the eyes and ears of the League and understand the important role the Brown Act plays in accountability.
